The starting field of 47 is closing in on the half way point as 29 players remain.
Diana Seidman (New York) is the leader with 34k, while Kenny Merighi (Vineland, NJ) is right behind with 32k.
Seidman takes a nice pot with rolled up nines for a full house, nines full of twos. Will "Bumpereno" Munley (Throop, PA) is thrilled he missed his open ended straight and flush draws as he saved at least one, possibly two river bets. Munley is at healthy 18k as the short stacks are starting to dwindle.
The current level is winding down and players will be on a dinner break at 6:45 pm.
