Event 9: Kessler Misreads Hand, Scoops Pot

$300 + $50 Omaha H/L 8B

Omaha can be a confusing game when you're used to playing Hold'em...

A hand just played out on table 4 with one player all-in and a couple, including Allen 'Chainsaw' Kessler, competing for the side pot.

 Allen Kessler & Freddy Rouhani

At the river, the board read 9 8 6 K K.  The all-in player tossed in his cards and headed for the exit.  Allen tabled his hand, K8xx, and said "I mis-read my hand.  I didn't know I had a King."  Actually, he had Kings-full of 8s, good to scoop the pot since no low was possible.

With that pot, Allen chipped up to ~40k.

Down to about 55 players now.
