Pietro Ciampa (Elmont, NY) felt confident moving his last chips in with pocket Queens, but as luck would have it, he ran his Ladies straight into pocket Kings.

The flop came K 5 5 and deepend the hole he had to climb out of. Only running Queens would save him, but that particular thousand-to-one shot didn't come through.
