George Medrano (Rego Park, NY) picked up pocket Queens and busted a player when they held up.
On the next hand, Alex Caperonis was all-in for 27,600 from the small blind. George tanked for a couple of minutes, counting out his chips (he had about 100k) then called, showing pocket Queens (again).

"I only hesitated because it was back-to-back Queens" he said. Alex held pocket 7s. Board came K T 4 2 K and George's Queens held up again. Alex was busted and George is now up to ~135k.
Down to 24 players now at four tables. Six more to go to reach the money.
