Doug Rosen - 12th Place - $1,892In two hands virtually back to back, Doug Rosen gets roasted going from one of the tournament chip leaders to the bowels of the Borg Morgue.
In hand 1, the biggest pot of the tournament, Doug Rosen limps in, John Lee pops it to 75,000, causing Rosen to jam. Lee thought and thought and studied the payout sheet. Finally he called.
Lee celebrated when he saw his 10-10 battling Rosen's 9-9.
"Ten on the flop" cried Lee who wasn't in the mood for a sweat. Sure enough the flop fell 8-4-10.
Rosen didn't improve and lost over 200,000.
"I put you on a squeeze" said Rosen who admitted earlier he gets tired after playing 8 hours straight.
With that double up, Lee is now up to a monster 471,000 for the chip lead.
Things got worse for Rosen as a couple hands later he flopped top two pair with Q-J and lost when Kim Edmonds hit runner, runner for a straight.
Just like that Doug Rosen is out of the tournament in 12th Place for $1,892.
We're down to 11 players which puts us on the final table bubble.
We're quitting at 2am or if we reach a final table.
